1. How do I clean my Cambrielle product?
All of our products are created with yarn that is both machine washable and dryable. You can choose one of three methods for cleaning your products.
Machine Washing & Drying
Machine wash warm (105 F or less) on gentle cycle with mild detergent. No bleach. Cold rinse; spin drying using short cycle. Tumble dry on low heat; do not over dry. TIPS: Use a high water fill level; do not overload washer. Use fabric softener in washer. Before washing, turn product inside out; wash inside a garment bag.
Hand Washing & Drying
Hand wash warm using mild detergent. No bleach. Cold rinse. Squeeze out excess water, roll in towel and squeeze again; do not wring. Remove from towel; lay item flat on smooth, dry surface. Do not stretch item or hang to dry. No blocking required.
Dry Cleaning
Professional dry cleaning is an acceptable alternate to automatic laundering, however do NOT have items steamed or blocked.
2. Does Cambrielle charge sales tax?
Purchases shipped to Utah residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
3. Does Cambrielle offer gift wrapping?
We offer free gift wrapping for every product that we send out. Included with that, we enclose a handwritten "cambrielle wish" for you and your little one, from us to you, printed on a beautifully embossed card.
4. Does Cambrielle offer any other yarns or colors than what is displayed on your product pages?
We are more than happy to create your Cambrielle product with any specific color, or yarn, provided that it is available in our area. If you have a specific color or yarn request that is not listed on our site, please feel free to contact us with the information and we will let you know as quickly as possible whether or not it is available.
5. What methods of payment does Cambrielle accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will also accept personal checks and money orders however, your order will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared.
6. Is Cambrielle a secure site?
Absolutely. Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure servers, but if you prefer to order offline you may contact us directly at sales@CambriElle.com
7. Does Cambrielle offer its hats in child or adult sizes as well as baby sizes?
We are always pleased to offer our products in a variety of sizes. We carry preemie, infant, children, and adult sizes upon inquiry.
8. What options does Cambrielle have for shipping my product?
Cambrielle offers several options for the delivery of your order. We currently offer the following shipping options:
Priority Mail $6.95
Fed Ex 2nd Day Air $12.95
Federal Express Standard Overnight $25
Global Express Mail $35 (All orders shipped outside the US and US Territories)
UPS Ground
Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability. Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week to arrive via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped.
9. Does Cambrielle offer large quantity discounts?
